Leadership Team

Robert Hill


Robert Hill is a 25-year veteran of the retail brokerage and development industry. Experience includes the identification and acquisition of more than 125 sites in multiple metropolitan locations for national brands including Commerce Bank, Giant Food, Jiffy Lube and CVS, and leading the acquisition, development and leasing of more than 600,000 square feet of retail centers.

Robert graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate. A 22-year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he also serves as a board member for Urban Promise, a private school in Camden that helps children and teens build the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and leadership. He previously served on the Moorestown School Board in New Jersey and served as President of the Moorestown Education Foundation.

Morgan Konstantinidis

Vice President - Development

Morgan Konstantinidis focuses on Retail Sites’ development, leasing and tenant representation services, adding deep value to a wide range of transactions. Previously, Morgan worked at Interstate Commercial Real Estate on site selection activities and supported the leasing department of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.

Morgan graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S in Real Estate.  Morgan is an active member ot the International Council of Shopping Centers, and currently holding the positions of ICSC PA/NJ/DE Idea Exchange Committe member and NextGen Program Chair, as well as ISCS National NextGen Conference Committee Member.

Tyler Arsenault


Tyler uses market knowledge and creativity to add to the team's leasing expertise. In addition, Tyler is integrated into many aspects of the company's brokerage and development sectors.

Tyler recently graduated from Ursinus College with a B.A. in Business Economics. Prior to joining Retail Sites, Tyler completed an internship at Regional Capital Group as a junior associate in their triple net lease and EB-5 funding department. He is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Andrew Nemroff


Andrew Nemroff is a brokerage and development associate at Retail Sites, LLC and is focused on leasing new and existing projects. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a B.S. degree in Finance, Andrew began his career at Citigroup specifically working with affordable housing loans. He decided to shift his profession to commercial real estate leasing and development, and is interested in helping Retail Sites to create new shopping center destinations.

Andrew is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the Jewish Federation of Real Estate.

Donna Zanetich

Executive Assistant

Donna Zanetich provides clients with project management expertise that yields the attention to detail that is our hallmark. Before joining Retail Sites, Donna served as a partner secretary at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as an assistant to the employee relations manager at the Hertz Corporation.
