Retail Sites, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Ron Cappello as Vice President of Acquisitions to expand it acquisition of exisiting retail centers and to increase its development activity in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Found in Design:Retail Magazine the author reiterates the importance of bricks and mortar stores in the retail industry, but highlights that to stay both relevant and competitive, creativity and innovation within the physical store are key. In doing so, he spotlights Selfridges Department store in London — and the way that they view physical store design. They want to make it different — they want the consumer to find gained value in coming to the physical store versus e-commerce.

New signed leases:

We are proud to have represented Giant Food Stores in two new fuel facility location leases: Wynnewood, PA, and Montgomeryville, PA.
 
Diamond Federal Credit Union has signed a lease and will be joining Giant Food, GameStop, and Hallmark Cards at Douglass Town Center, with a projected opening in 2014. Retail Sites represented the landlord.
