Robert M. Hill is the President of Retail Sites, LLC and a 37 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. For the past 32 years he has specialized in development and acquisition of retail centers, build to suit projects and tenant representation in the Mid-Atlantic states. During this time, Robert has developed and acquired over 800,000 square feet of retail centers of which over 700,000 are currently owned by him on partnership with others. In addition, during this time Robert was responsible for the identification and/or development of over 80 sites for Commerce Bank, 20 stores for Jiffy Lube, and over 60 additional sites for clients such as Giant Foods, CVS drug stores, Starbucks, Tractor Supply, Burger King and Kinder Care in multiple metropolitan markets.
Retail Sites, LLC was formed in late 2007 to serve as a developer of retail projects for its own account in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, using its own capital. Retail Sites, LLC develops, leases, manages and owns it projects in-house with long term cash flow and appreciation as its primary goals. In addition, it acts as a broker and a consultant to retail clients in site location activities. Current clients of Retail Sites, LLC include Giant Foods, LA Fitness, Holman Auto Group, Royal Farms and Starbucks.
Prior to the formation of Retail Sites, Robert was Executive Vice President of Site Development, Inc. and Interstate Commercial Real Estate for 20 years and was responsible for the identification and development of multiple sites for clients, and the acquisition, development and leasing of multiple retail centers. Robert was Vice President of the investment banking firm Butcher and Singer in its real estate group for four years. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance/Real Estate.
