Moorestown, NJ – February 28, 2026 — Robert Hill, President of Retail Sites, LLC, is pleased to announce the closing on Phase 1 of the 36-acre mixed-use development located along the Black Horse Pike (Route 42) at Watson Drive in Washington Township, New Jersey (Turnersville).
Phase 1 consists of 11.5 acres and will be anchored by a new 46,500 sf Turnersville Kia, a 7,020 sf America’s Tire, and a future proposed retailer to be announced at a later date. This closing represents a significant milestone for the project, which has undergone nearly a decade of planning, entitlements, and approvals and is now expected to move into construction in early 2026. The broader site assemblage includes approximately 25 additional acres suitable for future residential or commercial development.
The Initial Phase of the Development Features:
- Turnersville Kia, relocating from its existing location to a new 46,500-square-foot flagship facility.
- America’s Tire, a national automotive service retailer with more than 1,200 locations across 39 states.
- A future proposed use to be announced at a later date.
