Retail Sites, LLC Announces GIANT as Anchor Tenant at The Shoppes at Concord in Glen Mills, Pa.
MOORESTOWN, N.J., Dec. 11, 2025 – Retail Sites, LLC announced today that The GIANT Company (formerly known as Giant Food Stores) has signed a lease to anchor The Shoppes at Concord, a planned 155,000-square-foot shopping center at the corner of Route 202 (Wilmington Pike) and Ridge Road in Concord Township, Delaware County.
The GIANT Company has indicated that this store will be its 11th location in Delaware County, where it already operates 10 stores and employs more than 1,800 team members. The new Glen Mills store continues GIANT’s expansion in high-growth suburban markets.
GIANT will occupy an approximately 53,000-square-foot store, the largest space in the center.
In addition to GIANT, Retail Sites has signed leases at the Shoppes at Concord with the following users:
- Club Studio by LA Fitness, a 32,000-square-foot fitness facility,
- Flagship Carwash, a 12,000-square-foot full-service carwash, and
- America’s Tire (Discount Tire), a 7,020 sf Tire store.
Retail Sites also holds a signed letter of intent with a regional operator for a breakfast-and-lunch concept. The site plan includes several other pad sites and retail space opportunities for lease.
Construction at The Shoppes at Concord is targeted to begin in 2026, subject to final approvals and permits.
The site is positioned within a well-established retail corridor. The Shoppes at Concord sits across Route 202 from Glen Eagle Square, which is anchored by Whole Foods Market, and is a short drive from Brandywine Mills, anchored by Wegmans. Other nearby shopping centers include The Shoppes at Brinton Lake, and Concordville Town Centre, which feature major retailers such as Target, Acme, and Home Depot.
